At Paintza App ("we", "our", "the Application"), we value the privacy of our users. • Customer phone and/or email address (if registered in the App).
• Property details relevant to the service (e.g., property type, areas to be serviced, etc.).

1.3 Information About Services Provided

During normal use of the Application, we also collect information about services, such as:

• Type of service (painting, repair, cleaning, or other related services).
• Date and time of service delivery.
• Description of work performed.
• Service status (quoted, in progress, completed, etc.).

1.4 Before and After Service Photographs

The Application allows taking and storing photographs to document the property's condition before and after service delivery. These images may include:

• Photographs of areas to be serviced before the service.
• Photographs of areas serviced after the service.

These photographs are used exclusively to document, verify, and provide evidence of work performed, as well as for support and quality control purposes.

1.5 Usage Information and Technical Data

We may automatically collect certain information when you use the Application, such as:

• IP address.
• Device type and operating system.
• Application version.
• Date and time of access.
• Activity logs within the Application (e.g., creation of quotes, service updates, etc.).

2. How We Use the Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Create and manage your user account (vendor).
• Enable the creation of quotes and generation of service contracts.
• Record and track painting, repair, and cleaning services.
• Store before and after photographs as evidence of services provided.
• Improve the functionality and user experience of the Application.

• Comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract between you ("User", "Vendor" or "You") and Paintza App ("We", "the Application"), which governs the use of the mobile application and platform designed for managing quotes, contracts, and tracking painting, repair, and cleaning services in Atlanta, Georgia (United States).

By downloading, installing, or using Paintza App, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Application.

1. License Grant

Paintza App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to:

• Download and use the application on your personal devices.
• Access tools for creating quotes, contracts, and tracking services.
• Register customers, properties, and services provided.
• Capture before and after photographs of services as evidence of work.

This license is granted solely for commercial purposes related to your services as a vendor within Paintza App.

2. Usage Restrictions

Users are not permitted to:

• Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Application.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Application or your account to third parties.
• Use the Application for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
• Interfere with the normal operation of Paintza App or attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, or databases.
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights, including copyright or privacy.
• Use the Application to compete directly with Paintza App or create derivative services.

3. Intellectual Property

Paintza App, including its code, design, functionalities, trade name, logos, and digital content, are the exclusive property of Paintza App and its developers.

Nothing in this agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to the User, except for the limited license mentioned in this document.

4. User-Generated Content

As a vendor, you may upload information related to your services, including:

• Customer and property data.
• Evidence photographs before and after service.
• Technical details of work performed.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to use such information.
• The information does not infringe third-party rights.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display such content for the purpose of operating Paintza App services.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Application, you agree that Paintza App may process your information and that of your customers to provide the described services.

6. Fees and Payments

Some features of Paintza App may be subject to fees or subscription plans. When implemented, you will be notified and must accept the corresponding terms before accessing such services.

7. Updates

We may provide automatic or manual updates to the Application. By installing Paintza App, you agree to receive and install such updates, which may include improvements, bug fixes, security changes, or new versions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paintza App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:

• The application will function without interruptions or errors.
• Stored information will be free from loss or damage.
• Results obtained through the Application will be accurate or suitable for your needs.

Under no circumstances will Paintza App be liable for:

• Economic losses.
• Loss of information or content.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your use of the Application is at your own risk.

9. Termination of Agreement

We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate this EULA or if required by law.

You may also stop using the Application at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the App.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Application ends.
• We may retain certain data as permitted by law and described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Continued use of the Application after any update implies your acceptance of the new EULA.
